Cancellation Policy

Last minute cancellations and no-shows have a significant impact on our business. Preparation for your treatment begins well before you enter the door. When someone cancels last minute or no-shows, another client is missing an opportunity to get in.

Out of respect and consideration for us and our clients, our cancellation policy is as follows:

Clients must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment.

In the event of a last minute cancellation or no show, the client is responsible for 50% of the scheduled treatment. No exceptions.

If this happens, please know it is not intended to penalize you — this is part of the agreement you are making with us to help protect our ability to serve you and our clients.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment without notice, the appointment is considered canceled and the client is responsible for the full cost of the scheduled service. If you are 15 minutes late with notice, please be aware that your treatment time may be cut short due to scheduling.

In order to schedule an appointment, clients must provide credit card information to be kept securely on file. If the cancellation policy is not honored, the card on file will be charged accordingly.
